Sandcastle, Sand Sculpture, Mixed Castle & Sculpture, and 6th Grade & Under with no adult help.
All levels welcome.
A day of fun in the sun at Santa Barbara's East Beach! Great sandcastle & sculpture contest. Amateurs welcome! Free festival admission & low-cost contest registration fee. Live music. Hula dancers. Lots of fun activities: Cap'n Planner's Treasure Hunt, Bouncy House, free sand candle making, and more! Vendor booths. Food and refreshments. (Event is a benefit for the Citizens Planning Association & Foundation of Santa Barbara County.)
